Specific duties and responsibilities will include:
- To supervise functions of MIS unit and portal of e-mamta/MCTS, Health Management Information System (HMIS).
- To supervise functioning of M and E assistant and Data Entry Operator working in District Health Machinery
- To provide expert technical inputs in Monitoring and evaluation of various program under NRHM/RCH-II. 4. To analyze HMIS. e-Mamta and other IT application data
- To monitor data quality (timely, completely, correctly) in preparation of periodic and annual Reports
- To strengthen MIS systems in the District 7. To devise and implement various recording and reporting formats related to verbal autopsy.
- To prepare feedback on the progress reports received from the block, district level department and other partner
- agencies and disseminate to concerned authorities.

- Monitoring of recording/reporting system/maintenance of registrars by health worker through field visits and submit visit note with appropriate suggestions/actions for improvement
- To assist the Chief District Health Officer and District Programme Coordinator in all the matters relating to monitoring & evaluation of RCH-II/NRHM Programme.
- Provide technical and managerial support to State/District level Programme Managers and grass functionaries on monitoring and evaluation. 12. Analyze physical progress report and recommend measures for improving Programme performance. root
- To organize maintenance of IT hardware and software for entire district Health Machinery
- 14 To monitor connectivity with State Taluka/Health Facilities
- The District Data Manager will also contribute to be DPMCC
- Any other job assigned as per the programmne need
Educational Qualification:
- The candidate must have M.Sc Statistics or B.Sc Statistics and with adequate knowledge of MS Office and 2 year experience in related field.
- Preference will be given to a candidate having additional qualification of Masters in Population studies or Diploma in Population studies and knowledge of software like GIS/SPSS/SAS/Epi. Info etc.
